The outdoor entertaining area was created from a vision to connect and flow the internal living to the outdoor entertaining New timber sliding doors and windows adorn the space, with a beautiful hardwood timber pergola including timber lined ceiling with recessed down lights, and surround speakers.
This extensive interior and exterior renovation in the heart of newcastle features a substantial makeover of a 3 storey Terrace House. Exterior works included a complete demolition of the ground floor to create 2 new bedrooms, powder room, laundry and custom theatre room, that doubled as sitting room. A new custom made French Industrial Steel Doors that open to a new polished concrete deck, floating timber seat and a potters bench for the owner thats an avid gardener.
